Busy October!

Our Fall Party is Monday.  Each child was asked to bring $3 to cover treats and activities.  Money has not been received from these kids:  Brooklyn and Karma.  Please send money tomorrow if you haven’t done so.  Aiden’s mom is working to plan a fun time for us, but it takes everyone doing  just a little to [...]

Apple-Tasting Party

Oh my, I smell like a giant apple!  The kids really enjoyed their party.  Some found new foods they like, others were able to name, without a doubt, the foods they will never like.  Thank you to all of you who were able to send foods or money to purchase what was needed:  Karma, Jonathan, Emma, [...]

Meet My Families

It was fun to snap pictures of the kids and their families on Meet-the-Teacher night.  Thanks to everyone for letting me do this. If you don’t want your picture included for any reason, please let me know and I will remove it.

August 30, 2011

Dear Families, I love taking pictures and sharing them with you this way.  If you checked boxes on the technology form the first week of school, then your child will not be included on my website nor in the end-of-the-year DVD.  I tried to watch as those forms were turned in to exclude anyone who can’t be [...]

Dr. Seuss Read Across America Activities

We enjoyed Green Eggs and Ham thanks to several parent volunteers, and all the kids liked them. Twenty-two kids ate over six dozen eggs!  Character day was a blast with kids showing off their favorite book characters.

February 15, 2011

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the Valentine Party.  The kids had a great time.  It was officially our last party, but an end-of-the-year party is fine with me if you want to have one. We went outside for recess this afternoon!  There were 92 very happy kindergarten kids and four very [...]
